The Set Theatre Wedding

Louise & Lenny | The Set Theatre, Langtons, Kilkenny | 1st June 2018

Louise & Lenny got a little bit of a shock last week while listening to their favourite radio station Today FM.

While tuned into the Dermot and Dave show on Monday morning, Louise got a small fright when they announced they would be broadcasting on Friday the 1st June from The Set Theatre, Langtons as part of the Cat Laughs festival.

This also just so happened to be the venue for Louise and Lenny’s wedding day!

A quick call to Lenny to make sure he had been listening in, she called the hotel to find out what was going on!  Louise didn’t quite get the answer at first she wanted to hear!

However, Louise received a call from Dermot and Dave on Friday morning while she was at Ni Riain Hair Salon to assure her they would try their best to finish on time and get the Set Theatre ready for her day!!

They kept their word!

A massive congratulations to you both, Louise and Lenny!  You didn’t let the thunderstorms dampen your day!

Ashley Park House – Wedding Venue

Ashley Park House, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary

Karen & Niall | 15th September 2017

When Karen & Niall called to visit me and discuss their wedding plans with me, I knew it was going to be unique and fun day!  I had heard of Ashley Park House, but had not had a chance to photograph this beautiful venue before.

So, I was pretty excited!

The venue, located just outside Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, sits on the shores of Lough Ourna.

I got up to Ashley Park early, just so I could have some time to walk around and take everything in.  It is such a tranquil and peaceful venue.

Karen was getting ready at the family home in Cashel, and Niall rocked up cool and relaxed a few hours before the ceremony.  That was how this day was going to go . . .

Cool -relaxed – fun!

The bridal bouquet’s, favours and dinning room table decor were all hand made by Karen.  They were beautifully crafted.

The ceremony was conduced by Graham Barrett from Spiritual Ceremonies.  Graham was great to work with, nice and relaxed and had everything well prepared.  He was not known to Karen and Niall previously, but gave a very personal ceremony.

It was a very nice touch.

Anyway, I won’t bore you anymore, and hopefully the photos from the day will help tell the story a little better than me!

Enjoy and feel free to share!
